On December 15, 2023, The Asia Excellence Entrepreneur Federation (AEEF) once again brought together outstanding entrepreneurs from various industries worldwide at The Majestic Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, successfully organised the The Highest Honor for Women —11th Golden Phoenix Awards 2023 and The Highest Honor for Business World —The 11th Asia Honesty Awards 2023. The awards ceremony was graced by the presence of the Deputy Minister of National Unity Malaysia, the respected Deputy Minister of National Unity, Malaysia, YB Senator Puan Saraswathy Kandasami who presented awards to outstanding global entrepreneurs and successful women in various fields, highlighting the significant support of the Malaysian government for entrepreneurs and women.

In addition, this award ceremony also welcomed the participation of a delegation from the Malaysian Ningxia Chamber of Commerce, led by Ybhg Datuk Ibrahim Ren Quan De, who is the Deputy President of the Malaysian Ningxia Chamber of Commerce. During the event, they showcased a series of Chinese Ningxia products and cultures, injecting a richer blend of Chinese Hui culture into the entire occasion and adding vibrant colors. Mr. Ma Yuanhao, a contemporary Chinese youth calligrapher, also created special inscriptions for the esteemed YB Senator Puan Saraswathy Kandasami and the organiser, which were presented by Ybhg Datuk Ibrahim Ren Quan De as a gift to the Deputy Minister and the conference.

The Asia Excellence Entrepreneur Federation (AEEF) was established in 2011 with a mission to "Unite Asia’s Visionaries, crafting a brighter tomorrow." AEEF stands as a pivotal platform enabling Asian entrepreneurs to make a profound societal impact, with an emphasis on championing sustainable development growth. The federation aspires to propel businesses towards sustainable development milestones and uncharted heights. Currently, it has 38 chapters globally, with over 50,000 entrepreneur members and a network covering 200,000 entrepreneurs. AEEF organizes four world-class business awards annually.

The Highest Honor for Women - The Golden Phoenix Award (GPA), organized by AEEF and co-organized by HWT GROUP and the International Women Excellence Association (IWEA), aims to recognize successful women worldwide. It is the most influential global award for women, widely hailed by mainstream media as a symbol of "world-class successful women." The GPA includes awards such as the Supreme Phoenix Award, Belle Award, Benevolence Award, Cultural Achievement Award, Entrepreneur Award, Excellent Entrepreneur Award, and Mars Award. To date, it has honored more than 500 outstanding women globally, with local ambassadors in multiple countries actively promoting and assisting the growth and development of local women. The GPA also helps awardees integrate globally, forming one of the most cohesive and influential forces for women worldwide.

The Highest Honor for the Business World - The Asia Honesty Award (AHA), organized by AEEF and co-organized by HWT GROUP and the International Association for the Advancement Quality (IAQ), aims to promote business integrity and commend companies for their noble commitment to honesty. Since its inception in 2013, the AHA has become a symbol of credibility in the business world, often likened to the "Nobel Prize for Business." It attracts over ten thousand nominations each year. The award categories include Asia’s Top 100 Honesty Brand Awards, Asia Honesty Enterprise Awards, Asia Honesty Entrepreneur Awards, and Asia Honesty Product Awards. Over 1,000 outstanding brands from around the world have received this honor, becoming representatives of quality and integrity in the eyes of consumers. Award-winning brands stand out in the fierce market competition by conducting business with integrity.
